CTIS 411 Senior Project I

Senior Project I is where you stop solving textbook problems and start running an actual software project end-to-end with a team, an assigned client-style problem, and real deadlines. The semester walks you through the front half of the SDLC, you produce an Initial Plan, a full SRS with UML models, and a Software Project Management Plan with cost and WBS estimates, plus a working prototype you defend in front of instructors. It's the bridge between everything you learned in earlier software engineering, database, and PM courses and CTIS 456 next semester, where you build and ship what you specified here.
