THM 310 is the full-semester industry placement where everything you've learned in the tourism and hotel management curriculum gets stress-tested against how a real establishment actually runs. You spend the autumn embedded full-time in an assigned department, getting evaluated on workplace performance, submitting five structured reports as you go, and defending what you observed in a final jury at the end. It's the bridge between coursework and graduation: the point where you stop studying operations and start documenting them from the inside, which is why it carries 20 ECTS and sits in your final year.
