LNG 232 Korean II

Korean II picks up where Korean I left off, pushing you from absolute-beginner survival phrases toward genuinely functional everyday communication around the A1.2-A2.1 band of CEFR. You'll spend the semester cycling through the four skills on concrete life situations, making plans, talking about hobbies, ordering food, asking for directions, with speaking assessments three times over the term, a verbal presentation, a listening midterm, and the usual midterm/final pair. The Sejong Korean 1&2 textbook and workbook drive most of the practice, and the course functions less as a grammar deep-dive than as the bridge that gets you to a level where you can actually hold a short conversation in Korean before moving on to higher LNG Korean electives.
