THM 460 takes the entrepreneurial mindset and pushes it through the lens of hospitality and tourism, asking you to spot a real gap in the Turkish market and build a defensible venture around it rather than just memorize frameworks. The whole semester runs on one team project delivered in ten incremental steps, where each week's topic, opportunity scan, business model, sustainability angle, digital layer, cross-cultural and legal risk, funding plan, becomes the next deliverable that locks into your pitch. As a capstone-style elective in the THM track, it's where the operations, marketing, and finance courses you've already taken get stitched together into something you could actually pitch to a partner or investor.
