MBG 699 Ph.D. Dissertation

A research-based thesis course offers students the opportunity to independently carry out a complete scientific work process, including the understanding of theoretical background, hypothesis generation, collection and analysis of data, and interpretation and presentation of results with the supervision of the thesis supervisor. The students successfully complete the qualifying examination and proposal assessment can carry out to evaluate and apply relevant theory, methods and analytic approaches within the field of research. To complete a written thesis and an oral defense presenting the research findings with intellectual analysis are necessary for the assessment of the eligibility of graduation by the end of the study.
