Strategic Financial Management treats finance as a lever for value creation rather than a set of isolated calculations, asking how investment, capital structure, and resource allocation choices actually move a company's performance once risk, markets, and stakeholders are in the picture. Most of the work happens through real cases, Ülker-Kerevitaş on M&A, Turkcell on governance, Butler Lumber on forecasting, alongside discussions of capital structure determinants and real options, capped by an open-book final and a project. Aimed at EMBA students who already have the mechanics down, it bridges corporate finance and strategy, which is where most senior-level decisions actually get made.
